Is there a minimum order value?
There is a minimum order quantity of £200.00 excluding VAT. Please note that all orders must be paid before shipping on Proforma basis.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We are happy to discuss an order over the phone, however we cannot take a payment. We will create an invoice for you to pay through BACS or by cheque. Please call our sales team on 01565 621525 / 01565 651 328 and we'll be happy to help.
Do you have a show room?
We have show room to visit. Within our showroom we have tried to displayed an example of most of our styles, colours, and sizes.
How long does delivery take and is there a charge?
All products online are subject to availability, if a product is in stock we can deliver to you within 3-7 working days. All of our orders are all delivered on a specialised hand delivery service or a pallet which helps to ensure the best chance of your order arriving safely.
All orders will be subject to a delivery quote based on the number of items and your location.
Would I receive a delivery slot?
The couriers route an eco-friendly delivery service. The routes are devised by postcode order. As soon as your order is loaded onto a vehicle for delivery a dispatch email will be sent to you and our driver will be in touch to arrange. This dispatch email will contain a contact number for your allocated driver. The driver will make every effort to accommodate your delivery needs where possible. If you require delivery on a certain day, we will do our best based on the products you've ordered to send on a pallet to arrive with you safely and on time.
Do we ship overseas?
At present we ship only to mainland UK. This is purely due to the fragile nature of the products we supply. Our service provides cost effective and fast delivery, as well as quick turnaround in the event of issues. We can only provide this level of service to the mainland UK customer.
What happens if I want to return a product(s)?
Please get in touch with us within five working days if there are any issues with anything you've ordered. From there we will move forward to providing return instructions.
What payment methods do we accept?
You can pay via BACS or by cheque.
I can't see prices and variant details, how can I view these?
To view prices and variants, you must create an account with us. All accounts will be viewed and verified and accepted/declined within 1-2 working days.
Do we offer drop-shipping?
At this current time we do not offer drop-shipping.
Can we use your images on our website?
You may use our images on your website/social media pages, however we do not permit the use of our images when trying to sell our product online. If you are to use our images, this must be for the purpose of bringing customers into your shop or showing off new stock available.
